New Free From Falls class

The new Free From Falls class is aimed at people who would like to improve their balance.

“Free From Falls is a friendly group class aimed at people who would like to improve their balance.  The class focuses on specific strength exercises, flexibility and balance retraining under the close supervision of a qualified physiotherapist.  These exercises have been proven to help reduce falls, increase strength, and improve co-ordination.”

The class will run on a Tuesday mornings at 10.30 for 45 minutes.
