About our physiotherapy classes and how to book

We provide a range of physiotherapy classes in our gym, which can bring relief to a variety of conditions. Before taking part in a class for the first time, we may need you to complete a health screening form or undergo an assessment with one of our physiotherapists.

Class sizes are kept small to ensure everybody has enough space to move.  

About the classes

Exercise rehabilitation

To continue with your rehabilitation, we may suggest you participate in a further exercise programme. To enable you to do this, we run Exercise Rehabilitation classes, where you can independently complete your own exercise programme. You will be able to utilise our gym space and have the added reassurance of some guidance and supervision from our physiotherapists.

Free From Falls

Free From Falls is a class aimed at addressing some of the physical causes of falling. The class focuses on specific strength exercises, flexibility and balance retraining under the close supervision of a qualified physiotherapist. These exercises have been proven to help reduce falls, increase strength, and improve co-ordination.

Lower Limb Rehab

Clients will complete a circuit of exercises tailored to strengthen lower limbs and encourage recovery following injury or surgery to hips, knees and ankles.

Pilates and Pilates for beginners

Pilates is a mat-work based exercise class, which focuses on the key principles of strength, flexibility, stability, body awareness and core strengthening.

It is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be particularly beneficial for those with a history of back pain and for people looking to improve their strength, flexibility and function.

In addition to our regular weekly class, we also offer one-to-one Pilates.
